Together we will forge powerful connections with each other and create the context for you to refine your new school vision and your capacity as a school leader. We will explore big questions about what is possible as we both imagine and realize new schools that are not limited by what has been done in the past.

We will work to disrupt ineffective and inequitable systems as we design our schools, and support one another in thinking strategically about how to resist regression to the mean. As a New School Creation Fellow, you will ideate, create, innovate, test, and iterate upon your human-centered school models, all in service of building dynamic and transformative deeper learning communities that hold equity at their core.
